Day 1
Thursday 7th March
Grafton to Mooloolaba

We meet our fellow travellers and depart from The Sir Earle Page Library, Grafton and make our way North for the Sunshine Coast.
A comfort stop at Chinderah. Followed by time at DFC Brisbane Airport, featuring 147 shops.
Private Charter: Mooloolaba amphibious Aquaduck. An informative, fully guided experience along the Mooloolaba Esplanade, beach and into the Mooloolah River. It’s a ‘quacking’ way for Abfabbers to explore the heart of the Sunshine Coast.

Acc: Mooloolaba Mantra Beach—4 Star Centrally located on The Esplanade: 2 heated swimming pools and a rooftop deck offering city and sea views.

Day 2
Friday 8th March
Sunshine Coast

This morning’s breakfast at your leisure at a nearby café or BYO.
Visit Sunshine Coast’s leading attraction, Sea Life Aquarium, which is home to 1000 species of aquatic life.
After that, we will make our way to The Ginger Factory, Yandina, for lunch, followed by a Factory Tour and Tasting experience.

Day 3
Saturday 9th March
Eumundi Markets to Gladstone

Breakfast at Leisure at Eumundi Markets.
The original Eumundi Markets is Australia’s biggest and best artisan market, with food outlets, musicians & street performers, handcrafted treasures, etc.
Free time for shopping.
Experience a wine-tasting and wine appreciation talk at Lychee Divine, followed by lunch, including a scoop of Lychee Ice cream or Sorbet.
2 course dinner at Gladstone Central Hotel Restaurant

Day 4 to Day 7
Sunday 10th to Wednesday 13th March
Heron Island

Breakfast: Continental in room.
Today, we Ferry from Gladstone to Heron Island and settle in for your 3-night stay.

Heron Island to Bororen

We bid farewell to Heron Island.
12.45 pm Ferry from Heron is to Gladstone.

Day 8
Thursday 14th March
Bororen to Nambour

Hot Buffet breakfast.
M/T at Bundaberg Cafe1928 –located in the Botanical Gardens, followed by a visit to Fairymead House, with an introduction to the Sugar History Museum.
Maryborough Happy Days Diner – Lunch. You’ll be transported back to the fabulous 1950s the minute you walk through the doors of Happy Days Diner in Maryborough, Qld. The music, the movie stars, the cars and, of course – the food of America in the days of Elvis Presley, Chevrolet Bel Air, Marilyn Monroe.
Red’s Restaurant and Bar: 2-course dinner.
